A refreshing spot to relax, connect, and cool off. Please help us keep it safe, clean, and fun for all!

1. Monthly Access Fee
A $6.00 per household subscription fee will be charged starting the day you sign up and on the 1st of each month thereafter. Payment is due by the 3rd.
You can cancel anytime—and rejoin whenever you’re ready to jump back in!
2. Key Fob Required
Each household must purchase a $15.00 key fob to access the pool.
3. Lost or Damaged Fobs
Need a replacement? Lost, stolen, or damaged fobs can be replaced for $50.00.
4. Two Fob Limit
Each household may have up to 2 active key fobs.
5. Pool Hours
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (hours may vary by season). Please do not enter the pool area outside of these hours.
6. Swim at Your Own Risk
No lifeguard on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Angeline and the Developer are not liable for injuries or damage to personal property.
7. Children Must Be Supervised
All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
8. Help Keep It Clean
Please clean up after yourself and use the trash bins provided.
9. Be Considerate
No roughhousing or disruptive behavior. Let’s keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone.
10. No Glass or Alcohol
Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area for safety reasons.
11. No Smoking or Drugs
This is a smoke-free, drug-free, family-friendly environment.
12. Security Cameras in Use
Smile! The pool area may be monitored for safety and security.

Can I reserve the pool for private events?

No, the pool operates on a first-come, first-served basis

No, first come, first served
